POTD That Wasn't...

The plan was to have a picture from our tournament games tonight.  Sadly, it was so ugly and violent, that there are no pictures to remember the scene.  L's coach got so frustrated with the refs, he pulled his team off with seven minutes left in the game.  L was thrown out for a "flagrant" foul, one boy went to the hospital, a mom was kicked out and one of the coaches was kicked out.  I guess that that is part of playing sports.  Not every game is a great game (and this one wasn't even close to good).

Send good vibes for the weekend tournament.  We are heading to Boise with the Utah Hoops team!

POTD - Forecast

Come on Uncle J...can't you serve up some sun for this weekend?

POTD - Basketball Molli

All this time, we have been thinking that L was the basketball player in the family!  Turns out, we have another player.  Molli thinks she is part of the team and gets in on the action when L is out in the driveway.

This is after the game and Molli was cooling off.  That isn't what you think it is...it looks like the team dumped the cooler of Gatorade on her!

POTD - PAC 12 Championships

POTD - Date Night

Ron had inventory tonight in Orem so L and I had date night!

POTD - Hello Spring

POTD - Drip Beef Sandwiches

These have been cooking for two days. Both L and M have been dying to eat them. So... (thanks to Pioneer Woman) dinner tonight was drip beef sandwiches and bow tie pasta salad.

POTD - Niner

9:00 game tonight. Maybe I wouldn't cringe so much at the time if they were closer to home!

POTD - Take Off

Sunday afternoon watching the airplanes come and go. Makes me wish we were on one!

POTD - it's time!

Get your fertilizer on!

POTD - Go Patrick!

Jakson D's soccer match. Nice day for soccer.

POTD - Ortho Day

It will be one year this week that L has had his braces. He is hoping they will be gone by this time next year!

POTD - Pout

VOTD - The Grape Smasher

L's science project which includes 3 pulleys, 3 inclined planes, 3 screws and 2 levers.  A marble runs through the inclined planes and onto a mouse trap which flips to smash the grape.

POTD - It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Spring!

These little guys were enjoying the sun this afternoon. I planted my seeds today too. Hopefully they turn out! New adventures in the garden this year!

POTD - Logan

Today's travels took me to Logan. Great day for a road trip!

POTD - Do You Have Skills?

Ron and I joined Skills Fitness on Monday. This is our new 5:30 am view. Ron had some not so favorable results at his physical last week. Good incentive to get off our butts!

POTD - And It Begins!

I stopped by Rocking E today and picked up some seeds. These are cold weather plants so they will be going in the ground very soon. If it wasn't already dark, they would be in already!

At $2 per bunch for kale, I hope these grow soon!

POTD - Fiddlers Elbow

We are getting smarter about what to do during basketball practice. Last week the Dodo - tonight, Fiddler's Elbow. I recommend the tortilla soup.

We have to squeeze date time in when we can!

POTD - My Two Favorite Girls

Here are my girls, both dressed up in a sweatshirt and ready to pose!
